Designing Low-Energy Buildings with ENERGY-10
This workshop teaches
you the ins and outs of energy analysis using SBIC's
ENERGY-10 software. It also focuses on the 16
Energy Efficient Strategies (EES) that users must understand
to work effectively with the software. Architects, engineers, utilities,
code officials, and government agencies will find the training
especially beneficial. Working closely with hundreds of
local
partnerships,
SBIC has conducted over 80 workshops and seminars since 1996,
training thousands of professional architects and engineers as
well as students.

FEMP: Design Strategies for Low-Energy, Sustainable, Secure Buildings
The
mission of the FEMP program is to equip federal managers with
knowledge about energy efficiency and water conservation, the
use of distributed and renewable energy, and the improvement of
utility management decisions at federal sites in order to lower
the cost of running the federal government. Private sector
building professionals will also find the information applicable
to the design and construction of residential and commercial
buildings. This workshop will also help you achieve the
objectives laid out in
Executive Order 13123: Greening the Government Through
Efficient Energy Management.
